Refund policy

Eligibility
Items must be returned or exchanged within 07 days of delivery. All items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. 

Return Process

• A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible returns.
• Please include the original packing slip in your return package.
• Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after the returned item is received.

Exchange Process

• A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible exchanges.
• Please include the original packing slip in your return package.
• Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges resulting from incorrect order details.
